Ensuring our own new generation
Each year we offer attractive training places to more than 50 school leavers. At any given time, the company is training some 200 trainees.
For many years we have maintained our training quota at a constant level of at least 10 per cent, thus ranking us well above the average in the chemical industry.
We feel closely associated with our local region and wish to strengthen these relations with our commitment. And we are not merely considering our own requirements regarding specialised and highly qualified employees in this context.
Young people can make up their own minds during company visits and their practical work experience. |
